Neon Ref Sheet

Now you can note her changes, but like I said it's really just the collar.

Personality and Backstory:
Neon had a close relationship with her father while she lived in the forest, he taught her everything, for her mother died of illness when she was almost full-grown(her mother was always quite sickly, a trait that sadly runs in Neon's blood as well). Devastated, she only spoke to her father, who in turn comforted her and became her closest friend. She was fully grown and looking for a mate when she was stolen from her pack and taken to Lab 21.

Neon is quiet in general, but she's always ready to throw in her own two cents. She's scared easily, and doesn't have much experience with fighting. She does, however, have a crazy-strong sense of determination, and often goes out of her way to help others. She can get sick easily, so she's quite cautious and scared of disease. Neon, for the most part, is quiet and content, yet skittish around newcomers, and easily intimidated.
