Guys, I'm going to whine to you like a two year old now... Ignore this if you want lol.

After a deviant I watch posted a rather harsh image about sparkledogs, and a definition that I'm sure she came up with, I'm really truly starting to doubt my new comic. I had been at first, and sometimes I would lay down my pencil and say "This is stupid, this story is terrible. No one will like it." But this picture certainly did not help my feelings about the story. Now I'm seriously beginning to doubt the comic, I'm considering canceling it. I'm thinking things over, and according to the image/definition, the plotline would be terribly unoriginal and 'sparkle-esk'. I've tried adding bits here and there, and taking out some things as well, but I really can't see the point anymore. It's really unoriginal, I guess, and I'd really rather not re-write the whole thing again. It took me months to get things set up the way I wanted, and this picture comes along and WHAM. The frickin' stamp on the letter.
*sigh* I dunno, guys... I don't want to start a story that I'm only half willing to do. It'll just end badly.
I want to do the comic! I do! It's just that I want this to be really good and really popular, but after thinking things over, it's a pretty dumb story.
